Inrichtingsplan Koraalstraat, Maastricht

Birdview impression – made by external party in commission for the municipality Maastricht / Ziegler | Branderhorst Stedenbouw & Architectuur

As part of the restructuring of the Caberg district, BAM is developing 39 dwellings. The houses are characterized by the post-war reconstruction architecture with a modern twist. Not only the houses are part of the plan, the public space also gets a facelift. Ziegler | Branderhorst has made an outdoor design and an urban development plan created for the Koraalstraat, Maastricht. In close cooperation with the municipality of Maastricht and BAM, an expansion plan with great attention to public space, connected to the context and a high level of user-friendliness has been completed.

Koraalstraat, Maastricht falls under the supervision of the parish districts, led by Franz Ziegler.
